Professional HVAC Service Calls You Can Count On
Our service call charge is $89.00 and covers the first hour of diagnosis. We don’t want to just put a band-aid on your issue, we want to get to the root cause of why your heating/cooling system failed you in the first place. Our extensive evaluations are performed by experienced technicians who will ensure that the proper fix is being made. In addition, we give every customer the full story as to what work is being done on their system. Every story needs the five W’s. Who, what, when, where, and why.
- Who? – Who is the technician making the analysis and concluding what work is necessary to fix your system. Our techs are responsible and are held accountable for every action they make.
- What? – What is the proper fix to make in the given scenario? What caused the system to go out? These questions will be answered in detail to every customer.
- When? – All our work is fully documented, and photos are taken to avoid confusion of who did what and at what time. In some instances, we arrive to a customers house because they are unhappy with the last company they used. We make sure the ‘When’ is fully documented so you, the customer, and us, the techs are fully aware of when work took place.
- Where? – Often times customers have multiple systems, or multiple properties. We want our customers to know exactly what work was done, on which system, and what space that system serves.
- Why? – The big question. Why was this the correct repair to make? What brought us to this conclusion and how can I (the customer) trust that this is the right decision? These are the questions we will be sure to answer and document to leave every customer with peace of mind.
